If you have a problem with your item please do not give me a negative or neutral rating or file a grievance until you email me the reason why you are not happy with the item. We do not read minds to see what you are having problems with.  I do the packing to the best of my ability, but sometimes the post office is not too delicate with items, and although rare, I do make mistakes occasionally, please be understanding, GIVE ME TIME TO DO WHAT I CAN DO. Items come from a smoke free household. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays and most items are shipped by parcel post or Fedex  and books, CDs, DVD's, video games etc. by media mail but there is usually an option to use priority mail on the invoice I send you. Buyer is to pay shipping unless noted otherwise in listing- I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country.   We pack these items well but everyone is at the mercy of the postal service. Please check out my other listings, I try to keep a wide variety listed.   "Return Policy"----I do not accept returns unless the item I have sold is completely different from what I have listed. If the item is not as I have listed, or pictured, then it is an option. If the item arrives damaged by the post office that is not something that I did. I package the items well and books are wrapped in plastic and put in a bubble mailer. I try to protect the items the best that I can. I will refund money if the item is returned to me--if it is broken due to something that I did.
