The Vintage Simonds Abrasive Co. Grinding Wheel Advertising Premium Pocket Note Pad likely dates to the 1950's; it may have been used for sales promotion purposes, and offered to prospective customers of the company's line of abrasive products.  It is designed for to be carried in a shirt pocket for ready access.  The old Advertising Premium is in Excellent Condition for its Considerable Age, and as noted.
