The sticker book has been played with, as it is stickered up on many pages and a few have either pencil or crayon markings (appropriate to the activity suggested). It looks like the centerfold was all stickers and they’ve all been applied to various pages. So, I guess, kinda middle of the road condition, with a nice physical presence. Check the pics.
