Preowned Equipment Warranty Policy:
We guarantee our products are free of operational defects and are in good  operational condition (unless stated otherwise in the advertisement i.e. “sold AS-IS” or stating that a certain function is inoperable).
When stated in the product advertisement, Ultimate Biomedical equipment shall warranty preowned (used) equipment and  accessories (new or used included with the original product) for a set period from date of purchase.
If an issue arises with your purchase please contact Ultimate Biomedical Solutions to obtain Return Authorization.
When contacting Ultimate Biomedical Solutions please reference the invoice number (found in the top right corner of the packing slip or invoice) and  serial number (if applicable) of the product.
If a Technical Support Agent determines that your  product will need repair a shipping label will be provided to you through email and you will be required to pack the defective items according to  UPS packing guidelines.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pack all equipment properly to minimize  the possibility of damage during shipping.
If Ultimate Biomedical Solutions determines that repair is not feasible the  purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to you.
With large products and under  certain circumstances Ultimate Biomedical Solutions may contract, at our discretion, with an experienced third party to repair the equipment on site.
If your product qualifies for warranty repair 100% of costs from shipping, labor, and parts will be  covered by Ultimate Biomedical Solutions.

A Biomedical Certified item has been tested to be safe and accurate for use in a medical or surgical environment.
